Gustav Nyquist will make his NHL debut with the Detroit Red Wings Tuesday night, when they face off against the Minnesota Wild. The same Minnesota Wild that blanked the Detroit Red Wings Saturday night.  Nyquist played three seasons for the Maine Black Bears of the Hockey East in NCAA. He led the team in points all of his three seasons. He left the Black Bears after his Junior Year by signing a two-year entry-level contract with the Detroit Red Wings. Gustav, was drafted by the Detroit Red Wings, 121st overall, in the fourth round of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft.  He signed a two-year entry-level contract with the Detroit Red Wings on 25 March 2011.
